The microK Precision Thermometer family consists of four models, the microK 100, 200, 400 and the microK 800.

Both provide best in class performance using a completely new type of sigma-delta ADC. By using a substitution technique drift for PRT measurements is eliminated. Voltage measurement stability is just 3ppm /per year.

The microK 100 offers the best performance with a specification of just 0.1ppm for a 25.5 Ohm SPRT over the whole SPRT operating range. In terms of temperature this is equivalent to 0.000025°C at 0°C and 0.0001°C over the full range, 0.025mK and 0.1mK respectively.
