The microK Precision Thermometer family consists of two models, the microK 400 and the microK 800.

Both provide best in class performance using a completely new type of sigma-delta ADC. By using a substitution technique drift for PRT measurements is eliminated. Voltage measurement stability is just 3ppm /per year.

The microK 400 offers the best performance with a specification of just 0.4ppm for a 2.5 Ohm SPRT over the whole SPRT operating range. In terms of temperature this is equivalent to 0.0001°C at 0°C and 0.0004°C over the full range, 0.1mK and 0.4mK respectively.
